Purchasing Coordinator

As a Purchasing Coordinator, you will perform lot start responsibilities to ensure an efficient and effective production and purchasing support operation. Provide support along with the Purchasing Manager for all product, pricing and vendor changes. Perform Lot Start Process including but not limited to; starting the lot, reviewing the file, resolving issues, restarting the lot, and generating commitments. Guide material suppliers, trade partners, field associates and sales/design associates towards solutions regarding procurement inquiries by investigating and determining what actions need to be administered.

Preferred candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, Associates, subcontractors and vendors required.
