Collaborate with our team to create and implement effective marketing strategies for listings. Negotiate offers and contracts to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients. Manage and coordinate all aspects of real estate transactions from start to finish, ensuring a smooth process for clients and team members alike. Qualifications Active or soon-to-be licensed real estate agent. Experience in customer service or sales, with a passion for helping others. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
