Litigation Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Section 337 Litigation Associate in Chattanooga, TN. The ideal candidate will have three to six years of experience with the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) and a strong understanding of ITC-specific issues. This role involves collaboration with attorneys in the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit. Duties Participate in Section 337 ITC cases. Address ITC-specific issues such as domestic industry and remedies. Collaborate with attorneys on legal strategies and actions. Manage multiple projects effectively under pressure. Requirements Experience in at least two Section 337 ITC cases. Familiarity with ITC's Rules of Practice and Procedure. Active bar license in the corresponding state or commitment to obtain one. Excellent academic credentials and interpersonal skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Active bar license. Skills Strong knowledge of intellectual property law.
