Warehouse Team Lead

Job Description

The Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate material flow, inventory control, and on-time delivery of components to production. This role drives efficiency, organization, and accountability across receiving, storage, and material staging.

Core Responsibilities

Supervise daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, staging, shipping)
Coordinate with purchasing, production, and project managers
Manage inventory system transactions (ERP or WMS)
Lead cycle counting and reconciliation processes
Train and develop warehouse team members
Monitor material flow to support panel build schedules
Enforce safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
