We are representing one of the premier ultra luxury custom home builders in South Florida, a company that has spent over 30 years building some of the most iconic and technically challenging private residences in the country.

Their projects sit at the absolute top end of the residential market, including landmark estates valued at $50m–$200m+, working with world-class architects, designers, and ultra-high-net-worth clientele.

Due to continued growth and a major long-term pipeline, they are looking to add a Senior Estimator to the team.

Requirements:

• Strong estimating experience within luxury custom homes

• Experience pricing large-scale ground-up custom homes

• Exposure to highly detailed finishes, bespoke materials, and technically complex residential projects

• Stable career history with respected builders or contractors

• Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar construction-related background

• Ability to read plans, specifications, and coordinate closely with operations and preconstruction teams

• Strong understanding of budgeting, take-offs, subcontractor pricing, procurement, and value engineering

• Experience working directly with ownership groups, architects, consultants, and vendors is beneficial

• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and professional in approach
