Toll Technology Consultant - Operations/CCaaS Specialist

This opportunity involves contributing to toll services, including toll technology policy, planning, implementation, analysis, and operational support. You may provide consultation throughout the toll revenue collection system lifecycle, assist with procurement of systems and services, and support high‑level technical tasks. You may also act as a deputy project or program manager for assigned toll projects or programs. Responsibilities Lead or support planning activities such as feasibility studies, assessment, concept of operations documents, procurement documents, implementation planning, and business/data analysis to support ongoing toll systems and operations. Lead or support technical delivery of tasks and projects, including development of technical deliverables and presentations. Provide project reporting and effort estimates commensurate with the level of involvement. Support marketing activities as a supporting role for pursuit material preparation. Communicate directly with clients regularly in task management or advisory roles. Provide quality control for areas of demonstrated expertise. Collaborate with cross‑functional leads, project managers, stakeholders, and subject matter experts. Lead or support toll technology projects and support other senior consultants at multiple points in the toll technology consulting life cycle. Lead or support toll system implementation, including oversight of design, testing, installation, and operations. Act as a technical lead on medium to large tasks, and occasionally on small to medium project technical lead roles. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Accounting/Finance, Planning, Business, or a related field and 9 years of relevant experience. OR 13 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree. Preferred Qualifications 8 years of technology and operations‑related consulting experience. Compensation The approximate nationwide pay range for this position is $126,950.84 - $248,205.18. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications, experience, skills, and work location.
