Location: City of Industry, CA 91748
Pay: Starting at $19.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Overview

iStaffing is hiring a detail-oriented Warehouse Returns & Inventory Associate for a company located in City of Industry, CA! This position is responsible for inspecting returned merchandise, documenting product conditions, maintaining inventory records, and preparing items for restocking or replacement.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and test returned merchandise to determine product condition.
• Take photographs and maintain documentation of any issues identified.
• Match refurbished items to inventory and accurately log all received merchandise and inspection results.
• Identify, repackage, and prepare products for return to inventory.
• Locate and ship replacement parts as needed.
• Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control.
• Maintain accurate records and support daily warehouse operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience .
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of camera use for product documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, spreadsheets, and Google Docs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when inspecting products and recording information.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and meet productivity goals.
• Ability to safely lift, move, and handle products weighing up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to commute to City of Industry, CA 91748.
• Forklift certification training is provided onsite.
• Technical support experience and Microsoft Excel experience are preferred.
