Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations to identify clients' psychological needs, crafting detailed, personalized treatment plans that enhance their overall mental and emotional health.

• Implement individual and group therapy sessions using a variety of well-regarded therapeutic methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting interventions to suit individual client goals.

• Provide crisis intervention for clients facing acute mental health episodes, applying de-escalation techniques to ensure safety and stability.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client documentation that adheres strictly to ethical and legal standards, including detailed treatment progress notes and assessment outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists, to coordinate comprehensive care plans tailored to each client's needs.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Roseville Counseling Services, you will primarily work with a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, families, and children. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in New York State (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R).

Compensation and Benefits\n
