StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 12 Pay Rate: $266.75 - $288.75

This facility is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Annual volume: Approximately 10,950 patients annually (average census of 30 patients per day)
• Physician shift times: 24-hour physician coverage (specific shift times not provided)
• Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Coverage: No Advanced Practice Provider coverage
• Back up specialties available: Cardiology, General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, and Nephrology (available through Twin Cities Main Hospital consultants)
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Meditech
• Certifications required: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine; will consider Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians with current Emergency Medicine experience. Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) are not specified in the job description.
• Florida Medical State License
