Remote Customer Service / Insurance Agent

We specialize in life insurance and financial protection products and support our agents with training, mentorship, and access to industry resources.Position overviewRemote, full-time, commission-based role supporting clients across the United States. This position is fully remote and well suited to candidates located in the Dallas, TX area.The Customer Service / Insurance Agent will build and maintain client relationships, present tailored life insurance solutions, and provide ongoing policy support.Key responsibilitiesConduct inbound and outbound calls to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.Educate clients on policy options, underwriting processes, and benefits.Assist with basic policy servicing, including endorsements, claims support, and beneficiary changes.Maintain accurate digital records using CRM tools.Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and retention.Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training sessions.Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.Minimum qualificationsMust be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States.Must pass a background check.Active life insurance license preferred; candidates willing to obtain a license will be supported.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote, performance-driven environment.Proficient with basic digital tools, including CRM systems, video conferencing, and online communication platforms.Preferred experiencePrevious experience in sales, insurance, or customer service.Familiarity with CRM systems and remote outreach tools.What we offerCompetitive commission structure with bonus opportunities.Work-from-home flexibility to support work-life balance.Access to TCPA-compliant systems, training, and mentorship to support success in the role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
