They lead by example on the sales floor, deliver memorable customer experiences, and consistently achieve individual sales and KPI goals. The role builds lasting client relationships through product expertise, personalized styling, and support of daily store operations. Responsibilities Lead by example with strong individual sales performance and elevated client service Onboard and mentor new Client Advisors, sharing product knowledge and best practices Cultivate and manage a proactive client portfolio to grow business Create personalized looks and provide after-sale service to build long-term relationships Use digital tools and CRM to optimize business opportunities and track KPIs Support front- and back-of-house teams and uphold company policies and operational standards Requirements Previous experience in fashion or luxury retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs Strong product knowledge, styling ability, and passion for fashion culture Business mindset with entrepreneurial attitude and teamwork orientation Comfortable with digital tools, able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and the local language #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group LLC
