Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and consistently monitor their progress to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy options to accommodate clients with accessibility challenges, ensuring they receive the care they deserve.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role focuses on a diverse client population facing various mental health issues including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma-related conditions, and family dynamics. With access to a remote platform, you will be able to reach clients who may have difficulty accessing traditional therapeutic settings, thereby expanding our impact in the community.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD is required.

• Possession of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is essential.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for building rapport with clients and collaborating with team members.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

While general qualifications are outlined, preferred candidates will have experience in teletherapy settings and demonstrated proficiency in one or more evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Previous work addressing the needs of a diverse clientele, including marginalized populations, is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive compensation package with an annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, determined by your caseload and experience. Benefits include:
