Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current SLP state licensure (Ohio or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFY candidates encouraged
• Previous experience working in schools is highly valued
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Efficient documentation and time management skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups
• Collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs
• Assess, evaluate, and document student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences as needed
• Maintain compliance with state and district guidelines for documentation and reporting
