This contract opportunity is ideal for a motivated Speech-Language Pathologist passionate about working with children and contributing to their ongoing communication, social, and academic development. Located near Westerville, OH, this full-time position focuses on delivering in-person support to a diverse student caseload.

In this dynamic setting, you'll collaborate with teachers and families to assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders, ensuring every child has access to the communication skills they need to thrive. The assignment centers on an elementary caseload, weighted based on each student’s individual needs, generally supporting around 65 students.

Desired Qualifications:

• Current Speech-Language Pathology license and Ohio Department of Education (ODE) certification required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) welcomed; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
• Experience within school or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to manage and organize a weighted caseload
• Commitment to in-person therapy and collaborative teamwork

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide diagnostic and therapeutic speech/language services to elementary-aged students
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student success
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and regulatory standards
• Advocate for students' communication needs within the educational environment
