SVP Application Development Manager

Salary: $188,250 - 188,250 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• We require 10 years of progressively responsible experience in the offered role or a related IT position within the financial services industry.
• We require 10 years of hands-on experience building and supporting middleware messaging frameworks using IBM MQ Series and the Apache Kafka streaming platform.
• We require 10 years of experience designing, analyzing, and coding external integrations using the WSo2 vendor tool while meeting application security standards and deploying to cloud-based containerized environments.
• We require 10 years of experience developing integration flows with Apache Camel in Java Spring DSL and building portals that surface metadata from Oracle and MongoDB through REST APIs.
• We require 10 years of experience monitoring middleware platforms with APM tools such as AppDynamics, AWS CloudWatch, and Zipkin distributed tracing.
• We require 10 years of experience applying Agile software development practices using the Scaled Agile Framework, with current or prior certification.
• We require 10 years of experience improving DevOps maturity by strengthening CI/CD pipelines through Git, SonarQube, and Veracode integration.
• We require 10 years of experience maintaining software functionality and currency, and using Java, SQL, and Unix/Linux scripting to coordinate coding, unit testing, implementation, and solution documentation.

• We perform all phases of the systems development and implementation lifecycle.
• We provide analysis, design, development, testing, and ongoing support for client application systems across diverse platforms, environments, software, hardware, technologies, and tools.
• We assess business needs for application development and work with clients to ensure solutions align with their requirements.
• We carry out application programming and analysis initiatives, including the development, installation, and maintenance of application programs.
• We evaluate organizational needs for application design and implementation.
• We partner regularly with clients and project managers to ensure systems meet business objectives and technical specifications.
• We safeguard the availability, integrity, and stability of production systems by ensuring the right resources are in place and by responding quickly to issues.
• We promote strict adherence to development and quality standards and monitor compliance continuously.
• We communicate timely and accurate project information to relevant stakeholders.
• We champion change management and encourage innovation and creativity in technology solutions.
