We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and experienced Family Law Attorney with a robust background in family law, including divorce cases, child support, and custody disputes. The role involves representing clients in court, mediating disputes, and providing sound legal advice. Responsibilities Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings related to divorce, child custody, child support, and other family law matters. Manage complex family law cases from start to finish, including legal research, drafting of pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Conduct legal research and analysis to advise clients on their rights and obligations. Provide legal counsel to clients during mediation and settlement negotiations. Develop litigation strategies tailored to each client\'s unique situation. Collaborate with our legal team to ensure a comprehensive approach to case management. Draft and negotiate settlement agreements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in family law and inform clients accordingly. Attend court appearances and effectively argue cases. Qualifications Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Family Law Attorney. Must be licensed to practice law in the state. Proven experience in court appearances, mediation, trial practice, family law, divorce law, child support, custody, divorce cases, and legal writing. Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to resolve disputes effectively. Strong legal research and writing skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and build client relationships. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases with varying degrees of complexity. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong sense of professional ethics and integrity.
