Nighttime Client Support Specialist
The People Concern
The People Concern seeks an Overnight Support Specialist to provide front-line, 100% onsite support for clients at the Lancaster Interim Housing program. You will respond to urgent client needs, monitor floors, and support safety and cleanliness across dorms and shared spaces. You will apply trauma-informed care, harm reduction, and motivational interviewing while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to help clients progress toward stable housing. #J-18808-Ljbffr The People Concern
