Description: Unit Information: Number of Beds - 36 Number of Staff - 40 Day Shift: 1 Charge Nurse, 6 RNs, 3 CNAs, 1 HUC Night Shift: 1 Charge Nurse, 6 RNs, 2 CNAs, 1 HUC Patient Ratios: 5:1 on day shift 6:1 stretch on day shift 7:1 stretch on night shift Type of Equipment: Standard Med Surge Equipment EMR - Cerner Typical Hiring Profile: Candidates without the required skills will not be considered for the role. Preferred Skills: Candidates with neuro experience will be prioritized. Typical Procedures Performed: Foley insertion IV start Best Personality Fit: Outgoing and self-motivated individuals are preferred. Floating Areas: Other med surge floors may be involved. Dress Code: Navy blue scrubs are required. Weekend and On-Call: Every other weekend commitment is expected. General Comments: Position has been created for contractor replacement purposes.
