Personal Automotive Concierge Service. Job Description Mercedes Benz of Calabasas is seeking a Receptionist to join our team and grow their career with Sonic Automotive. The Receptionist is the first point of contact, greeting guests by phone and in person, answering a multi‑line telephone system, and providing information and assistance across departments. Duties and Responsibilities Answer multi‑line telephone system, determine caller’s needs and route to the appropriate department. Greet guests, determine their needs, and coordinate with the appropriate department for visitor escort. Oversee visitor sign‑in and security process. Assist various departments with special projects as needed. Qualifications Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. At least 1 year of experience as a receptionist in a professional business environment. Motivated self‑starter, able to work effectively with all departments with limited supervision. Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Punctual, with solid time‑management skills. High School Diploma. Authorized to work in the USA. Ability to perform duties and responsibilities safely. Must pass pre‑employment testing, including background checks, MVR, drug test, and a valid driver’s license.
