The Growth Partnerships Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that accelerate business growth and expand market reach. This role works cross-functionally with business development, marketing, and product teams to execute initiatives that drive measurable impact.

Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and evaluate potential strategic partners to support growth initiatives
Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with external partners and stakeholders
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate partnerships into broader growth strategies
Develop and execute partnership plans that drive measurable business outcomes
Track and analyze partnership performance, providing actionable insights for optimization
Negotiate partnership agreements, terms, and operational workflows
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to inform strategy
Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for leadership on partnership initiatives
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
Experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or growth initiatives
Strong relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Analytical mindset with ability to measure partnership success and ROI
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM or partnership management tools
