About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its team. The CFO will be a key strategic partner to the executive team, responsible for overseeing all financial functions, including accounting, financial reporting, capital markets support, treasury management, and investor reporting. This role is pivotal in shaping the financial strategy, strengthening operational infrastructure, and supporting the firm's expansion. The successful candidate will lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, ensure strong financial controls and reporting standards, and manage capital-raising efforts. The ideal CFO will have a proven track record in a similar role, with experience in the real estate or related industry. A strong background in financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, is essential. The CFO will also be tasked with managing lender relationships, overseeing debt compliance, and leading the team in establishing and maintaining robust financial controls and operational systems. A collaborative, high-performing culture is a priority, and the CFO will be expected to build and develop the finance and accounting team accordingly.
