Description

At Minglewood Harborside, you'll lead a high-volume, energetic restaurant where every day feels different. From waterfront dining and live entertainment to fresh local seafood, creative sushi, and one of Gloucester's most vibrant hospitality scenes, you'll be part of a team that's passionate about creating memorable guest experiences. Minglewood is known for its working harbor views, expansive waterfront deck, live entertainment, and year-round destination atmosphere.

We're looking for an Assistant General Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves developing people, and isn't afraid to jump in wherever the team needs them.

What You'll do

As Restaurant Manager, you'll work side-by-side with the General Manager to drive operational excellence, develop team members, and ensure every guest leaves with an outstanding experience.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading daily front-of-house and restaurant operations

Managing labor, productivity, and operational performance
Supporting hiring, training, and employee development initiatives
Maintaining high standards for cleanliness, safety, and execution

Requirements

Has 2+ years of restaurant management experience
Leads by example and isn't afraid to work alongside the team
