To oversee the full lifecycle of IT contracts, the full-time Senior Sourcing Officer will manage drafting, negotiation, execution, and compliance while working remotely from most US locations. Key Responsibilities Manage the contract lifecycle from intake through drafting, negotiation, execution, amendments, renewals, and closeout Maintain contract repository records and ensure audit readiness Support negotiation of pricing, service descriptions, and ensure contracts address information security and regulatory requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree 5 years of relevant work experience Experience in contract management and negotiation Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements related to contracts Familiarity with vendor risk management processes
