This is a strong fit for a deal-focused associate ready to take real ownership of transactions. What You'll Do Support middle-market M&A transactions from diligence through closing Draft and negotiate transaction documents and handle general corporate matters Take responsibility for associate-level work and run workstreams with limited oversight What You Bring 3-5 years of M&A experience; general corporate experience is a plus Experience supporting middle-market deals Admission to a DC, Maryland, or Virginia bar (as applicable) and good standing Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
