Maintain AP & AR transactions
Review invoices and ensure timely payment processing
Prepare Journal Entries & Support accounting activities
Reconcile bank accounts, GL accounts
Assist with MEC, QEC, YEC
Maintaining accounting records
Resolve discrepancies
Assist with reporting
Assist with Fixed Asset, lease and other accounting-related record keeping
Respond to internal & External inquiries regarding financial transactions
Ensure compliance, internal controls, & Accounting procedures
Ad Hoc tasks
