Key Responsibilities\n

• Design and implement personalized therapy programs tailored to meet each client’s needs, conducting comprehensive evaluations to create effective treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused approaches.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, actively participating in team meetings and providing feedback for holistic client support.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in documentation practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical principles relevant to mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000, reflecting your experience and skills.
