Regional Vice President, Redi Carpet - Northeast

Job Summary Elevate Performance and Lead with Impact — Regional Vice President, Northeast Redi Carpet is seeking a high-impact Regional Vice President to drive growth and operational excellence across the Northeast. Responsibilities Manage and oversee specific goals and action plans for all branch locations within the region and hold all direct reports accountable for results. Drive new regional business opportunities and support all national account programs. Implement all company policies and procedures while attaining budgeting sales quotas and gross profit targets for the entire region. Recruit, hire, train, and develop General Managers to operate each business unit. Develop and maintain relationships with key regional customers and regional suppliers. Manage complete sales and expense budget for the region and oversee national marketing efforts (e.g., Constant Contact). Analyze and investigate solutions necessary to meet business objectives. Recommend and make decisions regarding new programs or initiatives with significant impact. Direct a larger team or multiple small teams through supervisory staff or subordinate management. Qualifications and Experience Preferred Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a related field. 5+ years of management experience. Education and Experience: Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field. May require certification. Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines. Work Environment Located in a comfortable indoor area. Typically requires overnight travel more than 50% of the time.
