About the Role

The Vice President of Operations will also be accountable for financial and performance management, including budget development, and will play a key role in business development and external relations. Candidates for the Vice President of Operations position at the company should have a Master’s degree in business administration or a related field, with a preference for those with knowledge of government contracting practices and green cleaning principles. A minimum of 10 years' of executive or senior management experience, particularly in organizations supporting employment for individuals with disabilities, is required. The role demands a leader with a strong background in operational leadership, contract management, and organizational administration, as well as proficiency in business software and performance reporting tools. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial management, be adept at managing complex, multi-site operations, and possess a deep understanding of federal regulatory and compliance standards.
