About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Client Services to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a strategic powerhouse with a focus on the long-term health, profitability, and expansion of the client portfolio. This role is pivotal in moving beyond tactical day-to-day operations to executive-level governance, high-level relationship cultivation, and the mentorship of the account leadership team. Key responsibilities include operational excellence, revenue management, strategic mentorship, executive partnership, financial stewardship, strategic planning, cross-functional integration, and onboarding & roadmap development. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' progressive agency experience, with a proven track record in senior-level management, and a strong background in driving client retention and increasing account profitability. The role requires a leader with experience in verticals such as food & beverage, tourism, and hospitality, and a strong command of agency financial models, pricing strategies, and resource allocation. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree such as an MBA being preferred, and must demonstrate expert communication skills, the ability to engage in high-level strategic debates, and influence outcomes at the executive level. Team development experience and a passion for fostering a culture of operational excellence and client-centricity are also essential.
