This position is responsible for ensuring Randstad's compliance with Federal and State regulations associated with the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and for administering all Leave of Absence (LOA) programs in compliance with Randstad's policies and procedures. This includes, but is not limited to, training, processing, tracking, and coordination of the process. Assists in the coordination of benefits and billing of the employee's contributions whi
