Leave of Absence & Benefits Compliance Analyst

Randstad USA is seeking a Leave of Absence Compliance Specialist to oversee FMLA and related state leave programs. You will train, process, track, and coordinate leaves while assisting with benefits and employee billing. You will act as a subject matter expert to managers and employees on federal, state, and Randstad leave policies.
