Customer Support & Order Management Specialist (Seasonal) Overview

Join a dynamic Performance Films team supporting the product line. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering an excellent customer experience by managing orders, supporting sales operations, and ensuring smooth coordination across the distribution network.

This is a high-visibility, fast-paced position supporting domestic customers during peak season, with strong potential for long-term placement following contract completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of customer purchase orders, from entry through invoicing
• Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Analyze customer demand and inventory levels to ensure accurate forecasting and product availability
• Collaborate with customers to gather forecast data and maintain accurate inputs within SAP
• Partner closely with Sales, Demand Planning, and Logistics teams to support customer needs and resolve issues
• Monitor shipments through third-party warehouses, proactively communicating delays or updates to customers
• Maintain and update customer records, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
• Build strong relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders
• Support team collaboration by assisting colleagues and providing backup when needed

Work Environment

• Fast-paced, high-volume environment with a strong focus on email communication (limited phone interaction)
• Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners
• Exposure to supply chain, sales operations, and customer experience functions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, supply chain, manufacturing, retail, or hospitality
• Experience working with ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce preferred)
• Familiarity with demand planning, inventory management, or order processing

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
