Position Overview

Providence Health & Services is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care in an acute care environment.
The RN will assess patient needs, coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and provide high-quality care throughout the patient lifespan.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to acute care patients.
• Assess and address patients’ physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Coordinate care with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare teams.
• Maintain patient safety and quality standards.
• Practice according to the applicable state Nurse Practice Act and professional nursing standards.
• Follow unit-specific clinical and specialty standards.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program .
• Active Montana RN License upon hire.
• BLS – American Heart Association required upon hire.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience .
• National specialty certification preferred.

Schedule

• Per Diem / On-Call: Variable
• Part-Time: Day Shift
• Multiple Acute Care RN openings available.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $110,000 annually
• Full Benefits
• Up to $10,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet applicable requirements
