Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager

Salary: $160,000-$170,000 base (Negotiable) plus full benefits including 401(k) with match, medical benefits, PTO & paid holidays, and more


Job Summary:
Our client is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to help lead operations for a newly opening home infusion branch in the Glendale/Los Angeles area. The role will oversee sterile compounding operations, clinical pharmacy services, pharmacy staff leadership, workflow management, and quality initiatives within a highly specialized home infusion environment.


Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise pharmacists and pharmacy technicians
• Oversee sterile compounding, IV admixture preparation, dispensing, and clinical pharmacy services
• Coordinate daily pharmacy operations and workflow management
• Support quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
• Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and training pharmacy personnel
• Conduct performance evaluations and staff development activities
• Maintain pharmacist on-call schedules and provide coverage as needed

Qualifications:

• An active California Pharmacist license is required
• Minimum 5 years of home infusion pharmacy experience
• Strong sterile compounding and IV admixture experience
• Prior pharmacy leadership or supervisory experience preferred
