Senior Project Manager PPMO R&D - Nutrition - Columbus, OH

Abbott seeks a Senior Project Manager for its nutrition R&D division in Columbus, Ohio. This role involves managing complex product development projects, leading cross-functional teams, and serving as a strategic partner to drive alignment and informed decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Drive stakeholder alignment and informed decision-making on project critical points
• Establish project timelines, budgets, and success criteria; manage project plans through lifecycle
• Lead cross-functional teams through complex challenges with structure and clarity
• Provide forecasting, tracking, reporting, and oversight on project budgets and expenditures
• Create and deliver program review presentations to senior leadership; coach other project managers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent project management experience
• 4–5 years in project leadership roles
• PMP certification desirable
• Project management methodology and process expertise
• Strong written and presentation skills for senior leadership communication
• Ability to guide teams through ambiguity and competing priorities
• Business acumen balancing technical, operational, and commercial considerations
