Abbott seeks a Senior Project Manager for its pediatric nutrition marketing team in Columbus, Ohio. This role orchestrates cross-functional creative projects, translating business priorities into executable plans while managing resources, timelines, and stakeholder alignment within an internal design agency structure.

Responsibilities

• Partner with brand teams to understand business objectives and translate them into comprehensive project plans
• Lead project intake, scoping, kickoff, and end-to-end delivery from concept through completion
• Coordinate resources, timelines, and deliverables across creative studio functions and cross-functional teams
• Facilitate prioritization discussions and drive decision-making when project demand exceeds capacity
• Track project health, manage dependencies and risks, and escalate obstacles impacting delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 5+ years managing complex marketing, creative, or digital projects in matrixed environments
• Experience in agency or in-house agency settings preferred
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership abilities
• Healthcare and/or consumer packaged goods marketing knowledge preferred
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
