We're hiring a Construction Site Superintendent to lead daily field operations on high-end residential projects. This is a strong opportunity for either an experienced luxury residential superintendent or a sharp lead carpenter, foreman, or assistant superintendent who is ready to grow into a true field leadership role. As we continue to grow, this role has a clear path toward greater responsibility, including potential advancement into a Project Manager, Construction Manager, or Senior Superintendent position overseeing multiple projects and field teams. The Role You'll be the day-to-day leader on assigned residential job sites. You'll coordinate trades, protect the schedule, enforce quality standards, manage inspections, document progress, and keep the site organized, safe, and professional. You'll work closely with the Project Manager and design team to make sure the work in the field reflects the approved design intent. What You'll Do Field Leadership + Schedule Control Run the daily jobsite plan, including sequencing, manpower coordination, and daily priorities Maintain weekly look-aheads and coordinate trade schedules to prevent downtime Lead jobsite meetings and keep trades aligned on expectations, deadlines, and next steps Track progress, identify schedule risks early, and bring solutions forward Help create a clean, accountable rhythm on site so projects move with clarity Quality + Detail Execution Set and maintain high quality standards across all scopes, from framing through finish Protect design intent and make sure details are executed as drawn and approved Manage punch lists continuously instead of waiting until the end of the project Identify deficiencies early and follow through until corrections are complete Maintain the level of craftsmanship expected in high-end custom residential work Trade + Material Coordination Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers so crews are ready and installs are correct Verify materials are on site, accurate, undamaged, and properly staged Support long-lead planning with the Project Manager, including windows, doors, stone, millwork, plumbing fixtures, appliances, and specialty finishes Keep the jobsite clean, organized, safe, and client-ready Documentation + Communication Provide daily and weekly updates, photos, and field notes Use job documentation tools such as JobTread, Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Procore, or similar platforms Support RFIs, change order field validation, inspections, and closeout documentation Communicate clearly and professionally with the internal team, trades, vendors, inspectors, and clients when needed Who This Is For This role is a fit for someone who wants to grow, take ownership, and build high-end residential projects the right way.
