Job Summary
Lead end-of-the-end QA and testing for an enterprise ERP migration from PeopleSoft to Oracle Cloud Fusion. The role focuses on test strategy, data migration validation, SIT, functional testing, security/RBAC, UAT, regression testing, and QA governance, with strong hands-on expertise in Jira and Xray Test Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the master test strategy for PeopleSoft-to-Oracle Fusion migration.
- Establish QA governance, testing standards, entry/exit criteria, and defect management processes.
- Lead QA teams, business analysts, and system integrators across onshore/offshore teams.
- Design and manage Xray Test Plans, Test Sets, and test repositories.
- Configure Jira/Xray for end-to-end traceability across requirements, test cases, configurations, and defects.
- Create Jira dashboards and Xray coverage reports for stakeholder visibility.
- Validate data extraction, transformation, migration, and loading from PeopleSoft to Oracle Fusion.
- Develop regression testing strategies for quarterly Oracle Fusion updates.
- Coordinate UAT with business stakeholders and manage defect triage.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of software testing experience.
- 4+ years as a QA Lead or Test Manager on large-scale ERP implementations.
- Proven experience leading at least one PeopleSoft-to-Oracle Cloud Fusion migration.
- Advanced hands-on expertise in Jira and Xray Test Management.
- Strong understanding of ERP business processes and modules.
- SQL skills for data validation and reconciliation.
- Experience with data reconciliation tools.
- Familiarity with Selenium or Tricentis Tosca integration with Xray through CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Cloud Fusion certification.
- ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager certification.
- Experience with automated regression testing tools for Oracle Fusion.
