This contract role offers the opportunity to collaborate with school teams, impact student outcomes, and experience professional growth. You’ll play an essential role in managing a caseload shaped by ongoing BCBA referrals—which means your specialized knowledge and leadership are highly valued.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Certified as a BCBA in good standing
- Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is strongly preferred
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans
- Strong data collection, analysis, and reporting abilities
- Exceptional communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and fellow professionals
- Flexibility and adaptability to work within school schedules and address backlogged referrals efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and create individualized plans for students
- Collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless support
- Provide training and consultation to school personnel and families on behavioral strategies
- Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and maintain meticulous records
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal setting
- Stay current with best practices in behavior analysis and education
