Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift with a start time between 7:30 AM and 10:00 AM. 4 days in office, 1 day remote.

About The Company:

Our client is a well-established organization within the security and investigations industry with a growing nationwide workforce. They are seeking an HR Coordinator to join their team and provide support across onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations.

Job Description:

The HR Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team while serving as a resource for employees throughout the organization. This role will be involved in onboarding, maintaining employee records, responding to HR-related questions, supporting compliance initiatives, and assisting with various HR projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure new hire paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
• Assist with background checks, pre-employment requirements, and follow-up on outstanding documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and update personnel information in ADP Workforce Now.
• Support employee changes, documentation, and other routine HR transactions.
• Respond to employee questions and help address general HR-related issues.
• Monitor HR inbox requests and ensure questions are routed or resolved promptly.
• Assist with employee badge coordination and distribution.
• Prepare employment verification letters and other standard HR documentation.
• Assist with HR calendars, meetings, scheduling, and department activities.
• Prepare and maintain routine HR reports using ADP Workforce Now.
• Help track employee licensing, training, and other compliance requirements.
• Support audit preparation and ensure HR files are complete and organized.
• Assist with benefits-related communications and enrollment activities.
• Provide support to Payroll by maintaining accurate employee information.
• Assist with HR projects, process improvements, and other department initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Specialist, or similar HR support position.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred.
• Previous experience within the security or investigations industry is not required.
