Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Office Manager to join our team at Reelfoot Manor Health and Rehab. As a key member of our administrative department, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our business office, ensuring the smooth functioning of our financial and administrative processes. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the daily operations of the business office including billing, Medicaid Pending, Resident Trust, and Daily Census. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and record-keeping. Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs. Supervise and train administrative staff, providing guidance and direction as needed. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and support. Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. Two years experience in a business office management role in a Skilled Nursing Home facility. Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computerized accounting systems. #J-18808-Ljbffr Socket.dev
