Your Responsibilities

• Conduct a variety of clinical laboratory tests—including chemistry, hematology, and immunology—adhering to precise protocols.
• Accurately interpret test results, troubleshoot discrepancies, and oversee preventative maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Assist in specimen collection and sample preparation, ensuring each step is completed meticulously.
• Keep thorough documentation of procedures, engage in the training of new staff and students, and uphold the highest laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a safe and sanitary work environment while complying with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, coupled with ASCP / AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment.
• Maintain your certification for the duration of your career with us.
