• Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent
• Schedule: 3-4 clinic days/week, approximately 12-14 patients/day, with dedicated OR days
• Shift: Day hours, shared on-call (1 in 4 rotation) for uncomplicated obstetrics
• Experience: Prior OB/GYN experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply
• License/Certifications: Valid medical license in Vermont or eligible to obtain one

Pay & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $280,000 $360,000 annually, based on experience
• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (please note that this appears non-standard; further details will be discussed upon application)
• Additional Compensation: For extra call beyond scheduled rotation

What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology care to a diverse patient population
• Perform gynecologic procedures and manage consults from primary care providers and midwives
• Participate in advanced and minimally invasive surgeries
• Support birth center services such as VBACs, water births, and epidurals
• Manage scheduled clinic and OR days, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
• Deliver obstetric care including uncomplicated deliveries and backup for midwives
• Engage in a stable, low-turnover practice environment with community support

What You Need:

• Valid medical license and board certification in OB/GYN (or eligibility)
• Experience in obstetrics and gynecology preferred but not mandatory for new graduates
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
