Translate Technical Needs - Act as the liaison between the customer and technician, accurately translating customer concerns into actionable, detailed repair orders ensuring compliance to all manufacturer requirements and state/federal laws. Provide Transparent Consultantions - Explain recommended repairs, services and associate costs to customer in plain, non-technical language. Proactive Communication & Updates - Keep customers informed of the progress of their vehicles throughout the day, providing updates before they feel the need to reach out. Manager Workflow and Timelines - Coordinate with Dispatch and technicians to ensure repairs are completed withing the promised time frame, managing customer expectations along the way. Ethical Consultative Selling - Offer maintenance andservicesoptions based on vehicle needs an manufacturer recommendations, using a low-pressure, high-integrity approach. 300% rule. Handle Customer Concerns with Empathy - Proactively address customer complaints or disputes with empathy and professionalism, striving for first-time resolutions to ensure satisfaction. Maintain High CSI Scores - Ensure all service work meets or exceeds quality standards to maintain to improve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores. Ensure Quality Control and Vehicle Delivery - Oversee the final qualify check of the vehicle, ensuring all work is completed correctly, and deliver the vehicle to the customer, thoroughly explaining the repair order. Take Pride in Happy Customers - Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
