This facility is seeking aPhysical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

  • Schedule: Hours needed are 9 am - 5 pm with a 1-hour lunch break
    • The need is for 1 day per week and every other week only. The day of the week is flexible between Monday - Friday.
  • Practice Setting: Outpatient
  • Scope: Physical Medicine
  • Credentialing Timeframe: 2 weeks
  • State Licensure: Must have an active state license
  • Requirements: cervical/lumbar facet injections, cervical/lumbar ESIs/TFESIs injections, SI joint, medial branch blocks, nerve root injections
