Job Title: Administrative Assistant III
Location: Canaan, CT 06018 — 100% Onsite
Duration: 06 months contract
Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $25-$29/hr on W2
Job Summary
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant III to provide administrative support to the site/team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with Excel and administrative systems .
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the assigned team.
- Maintain records and administrative documentation.
- Prepare reports, statistics, tables, timelines, correspondence, and presentations.
- Assist with personnel-related administrative activities.
- Support payroll and other administrative processes.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and external contacts.
- Help improve administrative workflows and processes.
- Serve as an administrative liaison regarding site/team-related issues.
Required / Preferred Skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with ADP/payroll is preferred.
- Some HR experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks and priorities.
- Previous administrative/clerical experience preferred.
