DRT is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Inside Sales & Account Development Specialist who combines strong commercial instincts with technical aptitude to grow customer relationships and uncover new opportunities across Parts, Service, Technical Solutions, Upgrades, Training, and Capital Equipment.

This is not an order-taking role. You'll partner with customers to understand their equipment, operational challenges, and business goals, then develop solutions that create value and drive revenue.

What You'll Own

Commercial Growth

• Expand customer spend through consultative selling and account development.

• Identify opportunities within existing accounts and new applications.

• Support strategic account growth initiatives. 

Opportunity Management

• Manage opportunities from lead to close.

• Drive quotation follow-up and customer engagement.

• Maintain a healthy, accurate pipeline and forecast. 

Technical Sales Support

• Develop quotations, proposals, and solutions.

• Partner with Engineering, Service, Operations, and Supply Chain.

• Recommend value-added services, upgrades, and equipment improvements.

Customer Success

• Become a trusted advisor to manufacturing and industrial customers.

• Deliver responsive support and proactive communication.

• Strengthen long-term customer retention and recurring revenue.

What We're Looking For

Required

• 3+ years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales Support.

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

• Experience with CRM and/or ERP systems.

• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities. 

Preferred

• Industrial machinery, manufacturing equipment, automation, engineered products, or capital equipment.

• Technical proposals, aftermarket parts & service, or lifecycle account management.

• Power BI, commercial analytics, or advanced Excel.
