You will lead a team across shifts, guide development execution, and remove barriers to accelerate technology learning. The position offers strong ownership, visibility, and direct impact on Micron’s technology roadmap.Responsibilities:Lead photolithography development execution and ensure high-quality wafer flow and dataManage and develop engineers across shifts through coaching and mentoringDrive operational performance including cycle time, tool readiness, and execution efficiencyPartner with integration, process, and manufacturing teams to resolve issuesApply AI-Enabled approaches to improve decision making and development efficiencyMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent semiconductor experienceExperience in photolithography process development and imaging fundamentalsDemonstrated leadership in a technical or manufacturing environmentStrong problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to manage execution in a fast-paced, multi-team environmentPreferred Qualifications:5+ years of semiconductor process development experienceAdvanced knowledge of scanner tools, overlay, and imaging challengesExperience in shift-based manufacturing or development environmentsStrong mentoring and cross-functional collaboration skillsExperience working with LLMs or AI Supported engineering workflowsAs a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
