Porsche Host / Guest Experience Specialist Porsche Huntington – Join our all-new, state-of-the-art Generation 5 facility. Porsche Huntington is seeking an enthusiastic, polished, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Porsche Host / Guest Experience Specialist. As we transition into our brand-new Generation 5 facility, we are looking for someone who will help create a first‑class experience from the moment our guests arrive. The Porsche Host is often the first and last interaction a customer has during their visit. We are seeking someone who is energetic, friendly, detail‑oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a luxury environment. Position Responsibilities Greet all guests promptly and professionally upon arrival Create a welcoming, premium experience for every customer and visitor Assist with directing guests to the appropriate departments and personnel Ensure customer waiting and reception areas remain clean, organized, and presentable Offer beverages and assist with guest comfort and accommodations when appropriate Maintain awareness of showroom activity and assist with guest flow Support customer events, dealership activities, and special functions Answer incoming phone calls and assist with general inquiries as needed Build positive relationships with customers and provide an exceptional guest experience that reflects the Porsche brand Assist with various administrative and operational tasks as assigned Qualifications Prior experience in hospitality, concierge services, luxury retail, customer service, or guest relations preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude with a professional appearance and demeanor Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to help where needed Weekend availability may be required Basic computer skills preferred Why Join Porsche Huntington?
