Field Recruiter

Responsibilities Support the Talent Acquisition team in executing recruitment strategies for roles in professional services as well as front line workers/technicians Manage all recruitment activities such as maintaining accurate candidate data and supporting high‑volume hiring efforts Coordinate interviews, manage candidate pipelines, support offer preparation, and ensure a positive candidate experience during the recruitment phase Source candidates through job boards, job fairs, outreach, and other networking opportunities Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and timelines Conduct application review and initial steps within the recruiting process Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process Manage candidate movement within the ATS (Workday & Paradox) Assist with offer letter preparation using approved templates and compensation guidelines Requirements 3-5 years of experience in recruiting, coordination, administrative support, or related experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Exposure to full‑cycle recruiting or strong interest in learning Experience with an ATS (Workday or similar) preferred Experience supporting entry‑level or high‑volume hiring environments preferred Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university. #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
